Automatic Delivery

Why worry about watching your fuel level when Borderline can do it for you? When you sign up for automatic delivery, we monitor your fuel use based on your past usage and the weather-- no more checking your fuel gauge. No more phone calls to make. With auto delivery, we know when you need fuel and we’ll make sure you don’t run out.

You won’t use more fuel than you currently do, and there is no additional charge for this convenient service. Questions? Contact us today.

Will-Call

If you prefer, we can make fuel deliveries upon your request. Simply notify our office as early as possible and we will schedule a delivery. Deliveries under this program are made subject to availability, within 24 to 48 hours.

Annual Preventive Maintenance Tune-ups

Every heating system should be inspected, adjusted, cleaned and lubricated to keep it running at optimum efficiency. A properly tuned heating system can reduce your heating bills by as much as 10%; it also extends equipment life and reduces the chances that something could go wrong and cause you to lose heat. An annual tune-up is included in our heating system service agreements, or you can contact us to schedule one at your convenience.

Service Agreements

Service plans offer peace of mind and savings. For little more than the cost of an annual tune-up, our Bronze Plan includes priority service and a 15% discount on all parts and labor.

Price Protection

Heating fuel prices are cyclical by nature, and have the potential to change on a daily basis. For customers who are uncomfortable with this, we offer programs to protect your fuel price, including the option to pre-buy your fuel before the heating season begins.

Option #1: Cap your price

If the price on the day of delivery is lower than on the day you ordered your fuel, you will receive the lower price. If the price is higher on the date of delivery than on the day you ordered, you will receive the cap price.

Option #2: Pre-buy program

The pre-buy program begins as early as April and runs through September. During this time, you buy all of the fuel you expect to use for the heating season at in advance at a fixed price.

EZ Pay Plan

This program, which begins in April, and allows you to spread your fuel costs out over 12 months, helping you avoid paying for the lion’s share of your fuel in just the coldest months. Not only does this program lower your monthly payments, it also allows you to plan your household budget more efficiently.
